{"id":5391,"date":"2022-09-30T19:06:48","date_gmt":"2022-09-30T17:06:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cisternsolutions.eu\/tankrenovering-med-forsterket-struktur\/"},"modified":"2026-01-30T14:34:51","modified_gmt":"2026-01-30T13:34:51","slug":"tankrenovering-med-forsterket-struktur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cisternsolutions.eu\/no\/tankrenovering-med-forsterket-struktur\/","title":{"rendered":"Tankrenovering med forsterket struktur"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\t\t<h1>\n\t\t\tForsterket konstruksjon i forbindelse med tankrenovering\n\t\t<\/h1>\n\t<p><strong>I likhet med mange andre sagbruk rundt om i Sverige hadde Stora Enso i S\u00f6derhamn behov for \u00e5 overhale en av sine rundt 20 \u00e5r gamle sprinklertanker.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tankens innside hadde blitt vasket ved en tidligere anledning, men var fortsatt sterkt rustp\u00e5virket. Det sivet vann langs bunnen av tanken. Korrosjonen hadde ogs\u00e5 slitt bort s\u00e5 mye av godset at hele konstruksjonen var svekket.  <\/p>\n\t\t<h3>\n\t\t\tRenoveringer\n\t\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>En av v\u00e5re styrker er at vi kan l\u00f8se problemer som oppst\u00e5r under en renovering. I dette tilfellet hadde vi problemer med en svekket struktur. Vi l\u00f8ste det ved \u00e5 st\u00f8pe en h\u00e6l p\u00e5 utsiden av tanken for \u00e5 sikre strukturen.  <\/p>\n<p>Renoveringen fulgte den normale prosessen og tok totalt 21 dager fra t\u00f8mming til p\u00e5fylling:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visuell inspeksjon og inspeksjon med undervannsdroner<\/li>\n<li>Innsiden av tanken ble sandbl\u00e5st ren.<\/li>\n<li>Overflatene er belagt med primer og epoxy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Under renoveringen organiserte et eksternt firma midlertidige bassenger for de ca. 400 m\u00b3 vann som m\u00e5tte holdes tilgjengelig.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/cisternsolutions.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/stora1.jpg\" target=\"_self\" data-caption=\"\"
