{"id":6235,"date":"2023-10-21T15:51:28","date_gmt":"2023-10-21T13:51:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cisternsolutions.eu\/renovatie-sprinklertank-in-ransby-en-torsby\/"},"modified":"2026-01-30T13:45:57","modified_gmt":"2026-01-30T12:45:57","slug":"renovatie-sprinklertank-in-ransby-en-torsby","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cisternsolutions.eu\/nl\/renovatie-sprinklertank-in-ransby-en-torsby\/","title":{"rendered":"Renovatie sprinklertank in Ransby en Torsby"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\t\t<h1>\n\t\t\tRenovatie van sprinklertanks voor Moelven\n\t\t<\/h1>\n\t<p><strong>Moelven nam contact op met Aj Floor Solutions (nu Cistern Soultions Zweden) om te zien wat we konden doen om twee 20 jaar oude sprinklertanks bij hun zagerijen in Torsby en Ransby te redden. Een van de tanks had al een gat en er was een tijdelijke reparatie uitgevoerd. De tweede sprinklertank was nog intact, maar bij inspectie bleek dat ook deze in zeer slechte staat verkeerde.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Het renoveren van een sprinklertank vereist zorgvuldige planning, maar het is absoluut niet rendabel om het uit te stellen. In dit geval, toen de eerste tank het begaf, werd de acute lekkage zo ernstig dat het tot stilstand leidde. Een stillegging die in principe meer kostte dan het opknappen van de tank.<\/p>\n\t\t<h3>\n\t\t\tDe renovaties\n\t\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>Om te beginnen deden we een visuele inspectie, d.w.z. we keken gewoon in de tank. Bij visuele inspectie kunnen we de bovenste rollen zien waar de zuurstofimpact het grootst is. Dit geeft een indicatie van de conditie van de rest van de tank en in dit geval vonden we dat de tank in slechte conditie was. Dit werd de volgende dag bevestigd toen een van onze partners een interne inspectie uitvoerde met behulp van een drone.<\/p>\n<p>Het was een uitgebreide renovatie. Beide tanks hadden een 2 cm dikke laag algengroei en corrosie in de hele tank. Na het schoonmaken konden we wel 2 m\u00b3 afval opscheppen.<\/p>\n<p>Terwijl de tank wordt gerenoveerd, moet er een vorm van brandbeveiliging zijn die door de verzekeringsmaatschappij van het bedrijf wordt erkend. In dit geval werd besloten dat het voldoende zou zijn om tijdens de renovatie brandwachten beschikbaar te hebben.<\/p>\n<p>Omdat de tanks zo zwaar beschadigd waren, besloten we ze dubbel te verstevigen met glasvezelweefsel en epoxy om een stabiele structuur te garanderen. Dat was ook de reactie die we van Moelven kregen. Men vond dat de renovatie soepel verliep en dat ons personeel goed voor zichzelf zorgde.<\/p>\n<p>Een belangrijke factor is dat de reguliere productie kan doorgaan terwijl we de tank renoveren en dat ons werk geen veiligheidsonderbrekingen met zich meebrengt. Moelven was ook op die punten tevreden.<\/p>\n<p>De renovatie, van het legen van de tank tot het vullen ervan, duurde 21 dagen, precies op schema.<\/p>\n\t\t<h3>\n\t\t\tWat zou er gebeurd zijn als het sprinklersysteem geactiveerd was tijdens een alarm?\n\t\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>Als het puin in beweging was gekomen tijdens een alarm, hadden de pompen het kunnen begeven. In feite had de hele structuur van het sprinklersysteem kunnen instorten. Als de slurry in de pijpen was gepompt, zou het nominale gewicht hoger zijn geweest dan waarvoor het ontwerp was gedimensioneerd. Het slib kan ook sprinklerkoppen in het systeem hebben verstopt of beschadigd.
