{"id":7506,"date":"2022-09-30T19:06:48","date_gmt":"2022-09-30T17:06:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cisternsolutions.eu\/ristrutturazione-del-serbatoio-con-struttura-rinforzata\/"},"modified":"2026-01-30T14:33:47","modified_gmt":"2026-01-30T13:33:47","slug":"ristrutturazione-del-serbatoio-con-struttura-rinforzata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cisternsolutions.eu\/it\/ristrutturazione-del-serbatoio-con-struttura-rinforzata\/","title":{"rendered":"Ristrutturazione del serbatoio con struttura rinforzata"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\t\t<h1>\n\t\t\tCostruzione rinforzata in relazione alla ristrutturazione del serbatoio\n\t\t<\/h1>\n\t<p><strong>Come molte altre segherie in Svezia, la Stora Enso di S\u00f6derhamn aveva bisogno di revisionare uno dei suoi serbatoi di irrigazione che aveva circa 20 anni.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;interno del serbatoio era stato lavato in un&#8217;occasione precedente ma era ancora fortemente corroso. L&#8217;acqua si infiltrava sul fondo della vasca. La corrosione aveva anche consumato gran parte del carico, tanto da indebolire l&#8217;intera struttura.  <\/p>\n\t\t<h3>\n\t\t\tI lavori di ristrutturazione\n\t\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>Uno dei nostri punti di forza \u00e8 la capacit\u00e0 di risolvere i problemi che si presentano durante una ristrutturazione. In questo caso, avevamo un problema di indebolimento della struttura. Abbiamo risolto il problema gettando un tacco all&#8217;esterno della vasca per fissare la struttura.  <\/p>\n<p>La ristrutturazione ha seguito il normale processo e ha richiesto un totale di 21 giorni dallo svuotamento al riempimento:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ispezione visiva e ispezione subacquea con drone<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;interno del serbatoio \u00e8 stato pulito con una sabbiatura.<\/li>\n<li>Le superfici sono rivestite con primer e resina epossidica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Durante i lavori di ristrutturazione, un&#8217;azienda esterna ha fornito serbatoi temporanei per i circa 400 metri cubi di acqua che dovevano essere disponibili.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/cisternsolutions.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/stora1.jpg\" target=\"_self\" data-caption=\"\"
