{"id":6287,"date":"2022-09-30T19:06:48","date_gmt":"2022-09-30T17:06:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cisternsolutions.eu\/renovation-dun-reservoir-avec-une-construction-renforcee\/"},"modified":"2026-01-30T14:31:46","modified_gmt":"2026-01-30T13:31:46","slug":"renovation-dun-reservoir-avec-une-construction-renforcee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cisternsolutions.eu\/fr\/renovation-dun-reservoir-avec-une-construction-renforcee\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9novation d&rsquo;un r\u00e9servoir avec une construction renforc\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\t\t<h1>\n\t\t\tConstruction renforc\u00e9e dans le cadre de la r\u00e9novation des r\u00e9servoirs\n\t\t<\/h1>\n\t<p><strong>Comme beaucoup d&rsquo;autres scieries en Su\u00e8de, Stora Enso \u00e0 S\u00f6derhamn avait besoin de r\u00e9viser l&rsquo;un de ses r\u00e9servoirs d&rsquo;arrosage qui avait environ 20 ans.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du r\u00e9servoir avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 lav\u00e9, mais il \u00e9tait encore tr\u00e8s corrod\u00e9. De l&rsquo;eau s&rsquo;est infiltr\u00e9e au fond de la cuve. La corrosion avait \u00e9galement us\u00e9 les marchandises au point d&rsquo;affaiblir l&rsquo;ensemble de la structure.<\/p>\n\t\t<h3>\n\t\t\tLes r\u00e9novations\n\t\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>L&rsquo;une de nos forces est de pouvoir r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes qui surviennent au cours d&rsquo;une r\u00e9novation. Dans ce cas, nous avons eu des probl\u00e8mes avec une structure affaiblie. Nous avons r\u00e9solu le probl\u00e8me en coulant une patte \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur du r\u00e9servoir pour s\u00e9curiser la structure.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9novation a suivi le processus normal et a dur\u00e9 au total 21 jours, de la vidange au remplissage :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inspection visuelle et inspection par drone sous-marin<\/li>\n<li>L&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du r\u00e9servoir a \u00e9t\u00e9 nettoy\u00e9 au jet.<\/li>\n<li>Les surfaces sont recouvertes d&rsquo;une couche d&rsquo;appr\u00eat et d&rsquo;\u00e9poxy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pendant la r\u00e9novation, une entreprise ext\u00e9rieure a fourni des r\u00e9servoirs temporaires pour les quelque 400 m\u00e8tres cubes d&rsquo;eau qui devaient \u00eatre disponibles.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a
