{"id":7822,"date":"2022-09-30T19:06:48","date_gmt":"2022-09-30T17:06:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cisternsolutions.eu\/renovacion-del-deposito-con-construccion-reforzada\/"},"modified":"2026-01-30T14:40:27","modified_gmt":"2026-01-30T13:40:27","slug":"renovacion-del-deposito-con-construccion-reforzada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cisternsolutions.eu\/es\/renovacion-del-deposito-con-construccion-reforzada\/","title":{"rendered":"Renovaci\u00f3n del dep\u00f3sito con construcci\u00f3n reforzada"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\t\t<h1>\n\t\t\tConstrucci\u00f3n reforzada en relaci\u00f3n con la renovaci\u00f3n del dep\u00f3sito\n\t\t<\/h1>\n\t<p><strong>Como muchos otros aserraderos de Suecia, Stora Enso de S\u00f6derhamn necesitaba revisar uno de sus dep\u00f3sitos de aspersi\u00f3n, que ten\u00eda unos 20 a\u00f1os.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El interior del dep\u00f3sito se hab\u00eda lavado en una ocasi\u00f3n anterior, pero segu\u00eda muy corro\u00eddo. El agua se filtraba por el fondo del dep\u00f3sito. La corrosi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n hab\u00eda desgastado tanto la carga que toda la estructura estaba debilitada.  <\/p>\n\t\t<h3>\n\t\t\tLas reformas\n\t\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>Uno de nuestros puntos fuertes es que podemos resolver los problemas que surgen durante una reforma. En este caso, tuvimos un problema con una estructura debilitada. Lo resolvimos colocando un tal\u00f3n en el exterior del dep\u00f3sito para asegurar la estructura.  <\/p>\n<p>La renovaci\u00f3n sigui\u00f3 el proceso normal y tard\u00f3 un total de 21 d\u00edas desde el vaciado hasta el rellenado:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inspecci\u00f3n visual e inspecci\u00f3n subacu\u00e1tica con dron<\/li>\n<li>El interior del dep\u00f3sito se limpi\u00f3 a chorro.<\/li>\n<li>Las superficies se recubren con imprimaci\u00f3n y epoxi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Durante la renovaci\u00f3n, una empresa externa proporcion\u00f3 dep\u00f3sitos temporales para los aproximadamente 400 metros c\u00fabicos de agua que hab\u00eda que tener a mano.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/cisternsolutions.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/stora1.jpg\" target=\"_self\"
